These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services provided by WhiteCoders Pvt Ltd. Please read them carefully before engaging us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WhiteCoders Pvt Ltd services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide AI bot development, custom software, web and mobile development, trading bots, automation solutions, hosting, and digital marketing services as described on our website. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in your individual project agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and materials created by WhiteCoders remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement.

4. Payment Terms

Engagements are billed 50% upfront and 50% on delivery (or as specified in your project agreement), and work begins only once payment has cleared in our bank account. All payments are non-refundable. See our Payment Policy for full details on methods, invoicing and late payments.

5. Limitation of Liability

WhiteCoders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
