Our policies ensure smooth collaboration and timely delivery for every client project.

Policy Summary

All projects must be accepted via our CRM at crm.whitecoders.com. The payment schedule is as follows:

• 1Advance: 50% payment required to commence work immediately after agreement acceptance in CRM.
• 2Final Payment: Remaining 50% due one day prior to final delivery.
• 3No Rush Exceptions: Urgent or last-minute requests that bypass this protocol will not be accepted.
• 4Written Amendments: Any change in scope, timeline, or payment must be agreed in writing via CRM.
• 5Late Payment: Delays will lead to polite reminders; prolonged non-payment may result in suspension of services.
• 6Feature Requests: Please note that feature requests made after development begins may affect the timeline and overall cost, depending on complexity. We’re happy to accommodate small tweaks, but significant changes will be evaluated and invoiced separately.
